The Alron company replaced our roof. They worked diligently to secure our insurance claim and build the perfect roof for our home. Alron Construction is absolutely the best contractor I have ever worked with. They are professionals from start to finish, and before and after the job. I had a new roof installed in 2018. After multiple quotes where most contractors just wanted to take a google pic of my roof or drop of samples at my door, Alron came out and gave me a thorough and detailed quote and talked me through the entire process. They demonstrated excellent customer service throughout the job and the I was very happy with my new roof. In 2023 I decided to go solar. Once again, the professionalism of the sales team and the process won out. When my roof was inspected prior to the panels being installed, the folks from Alron noticed an unusual deterioration of the shingles that were installed. They immediately contacted me for the warranty process. It was a very smooth process and I did not pay a penny for any of the work to install the new roof. It really made me think that if another company had inspected the roof, they might have just moved forward with the solar project to get their money instead of making sure the roof was in prime condition for the install. I was thrilled again with the installers during the process of installing the solar panels and working with Sunvena, who partners with Alron. The story does not stop here. Hurricane Milton came along and a big branch punched a hole in my roof and started a leak in my garage. I called Alron on a Thursday while the storm was exiting the state. They were taking calls and setting up inspections. On Friday the local team was at my house inspecting the roof and on Saturday it was repaired! Not only did the team repair my hole, they inspected the entire roof and solar panels, fixed a gutter and a few other shingles that did not look right. Once again a thorough and detailed repair that exceeded my expectations. Being a customer of Alron Construction means you are a customer for life, and you know they will do the job right over and over again. Thank you Alron!

My Family located in Merritt Island Florida had been paying Very High Insurance Premiums to protect their Custom built home. In over 20 years they never filed 1 claim ! When I took overwatch as their D.P.O.A. ,P.O.D. As well as their Medical Proxy . A Storm with hurricane force winds and rain had blown off a large section of their roof. I had searched everywhere for replacement shingles, ice and water membrane, and in 100F degree heat replaced that damaged section of their roof myself. I had at that point photographed everything! Start to finish . Although not a perfect matching Shingle the job was complete. No leaks. I also cleaned and flushed their gutters, along with installing new downspouts so future rain storms would not pool water around the foundation of their home. Alron construction was contacted by me and after submitting a claim to my in-laws Insurance Company they denied payment because the storm was not a “Named Hurricane “ ! Alron Construction came out Photographed and inspected the roof. They with my photos were able to prove that multiple “Named Hurricanes over Twenty years along with golf all size hailstorms had de laminated the granules of the shingles. Although I screwed up by cleaning and flushing their gutters the granules that are the surface of the shingles were located at each discharge point of the gutters and photographed by Alron Construction. I had an Iron Clad Case for a complete Roof replacement with A 30 year shingle, ice and water shield, solar powered Roof ventilation and Ridge ventilation on the top portion of the new roof , including New Gutters and leader’s commercial grade. The total cost including labor, all materials and a twenty yard dumpster cost me for my In laws $750.00 dollars which was their property Insurance deductible. A perfect job! My In-laws have both past away almost 1 year apart and my wife and I own the house currently. I have stayed in touch with Shawn the Supervisor from Alron a complete stranger with a great personality, and a perfectionist with detail , especially listening to the customer and understanding their needs. After this roof replacement he new before hand that my Wife and I were going home to N.J. And he showed up and drove us to the airport! Who does that In today’s world ? Alron Construction ! And their Team does ! I’m beyond impressed to have them saved in my contacts . Respectfully John & Dubravka Weekley.
