1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website www.alronconstruction.com (the "Site"), operated by Alron Construction, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Site. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Services

Alron Construction, LLC is a licensed roofing and general contractor serving Central Florida (License Numbers: CCC1328819 and CGC1515789). This Site provides information about our services, allows visitors to request inspections and estimates, and offers educational content related to roofing and storm damage. The Site itself does not constitute a contract for services. All service agreements are made separately through written contracts between Alron Construction, LLC and the customer.

3. Estimates and Inspections

Free inspections and estimates offered through this Site are subject to availability and scheduling. An estimate is not a binding contract and does not obligate either party. Final pricing, scope of work, and terms will be outlined in a separate written agreement. Alron Construction, LLC reserves the right to modify or withdraw any estimate prior to the execution of a formal contract.

4. Licensing and Insurance

Alron Construction, LLC holds active Florida State licenses (CCC1328819 for roofing and CGC1515789 for general contracting) and maintains appropriate insurance coverage, including general liability and workers' compensation. License status can be verified through the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) at www.myfloridalicense.com.

5. Insurance Claims Disclaimer

Alron Construction, LLC is a roofing and general contractor, not a public adjuster, insurance agent, or legal advisor. Any information provided on this Site regarding insurance claims, storm damage documentation, or the claims process is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional insurance or legal advice. We may assist with documenting damage and providing repair estimates, but all insurance claim decisions are between you and your insurance provider. We recommend consulting with a licensed public adjuster or attorney for specific insurance claim guidance.
