Alron Workmanship Warranty

Ask us to include the workmanship warranty terms in your written contract. Confirm which installation work is covered, how long coverage lasts, and what you need to do if a problem occurs. Repair and replacement projects may have different terms.

Material warranties and installation warranties cover different things. Ask us to identify the exact manufacturer warranty in your quote, explain its exclusions, and confirm any contractor credential or registration requirements. Some enhanced warranties include workmanship coverage; this depends on the specific program.

Products: Timberline and other GAF shingle lines. Coverage: Coverage depends on the selected warranty and complete roofing system. GAF's Golden Pledge limited warranty requires a GAF Master Elite contractor and qualifying products. Ask which written warranty applies to your quote.

1. Gather Your Documents. Find your project contract, warranty documents, installation date, and any photos of the issue. Check the written claim instructions and deadlines.
2. Contact Us About the Issue. Call (321) 639-0911 to explain what has happened and ask about the next step. Manufacturer claims may also require you to contact the manufacturer directly.
3. Confirm the Next Step. Before authorizing work, confirm the applicable coverage, any inspection or repair charges, and the proposed schedule in writing.
